60-grain Interlock, anybody shoot this for deer/Pigs?

They used to be my go to pig rounds when you could find them in boxes of 50 for $20. They did well enough I kept using them.

Never did try them on deer.

All i shoot out of my CZ and they perform well. I typically only neck shoot deer with that gun so just about anything will work.

Are these hollow points? The 60 grain HP from Hornady has a good reputation.

No sir. The Interlocks are soft points. IME they’ve been solid performers.

My son shot a doe with this ammo last year. Ran 30 yards and dropped. I wouldn’t hesitate to use it again.

My son’s Savage Axis did not like these. They shot fine…. When you could get one to go bang. His gun shot cheap wolf steel case and all other rounds fine, but Hornady withetail in 223 wouldn’t fire about 4 rounds outta 10
