I use Fischer's Robust Ribeye Steak seasoning or my Santa Maria seasoning which is red oak smoked sea salt and cracked peppercorns with dried garlic and dried guajillo chile flakes.
I also use some smoked sea salt with dried jalapeno or mosco chiles and cracked peppercorns on occasion.

Agreed. My wife really likes Montreal Steak Seasoning, too.

Uncle Chris or Texas style steak seasoning. Both of them are made by Fiesta.

Coopers BBQ sells some that is my favorite, but I never get down there to buy it.

You're the only one I saw that said Fiesta Texas style. Thats my only steak seasoning. I cant eat the uncle chris but my wife likes it. Texas style gets my vote.
