Most of our infrastructure is done and our genetics are where we want them. I would do the following with $50k:

Fence off all food plots with high fences. I would put a 10' gate every 40-50 feet to give the deer many options to get in and out. Then I would run water lines to each plot so I could keep them irrigated.

20k=- 2 acre lake
50K= 5 acre lake

That way I could have a water source and fish during the middle of the day!
