From the looks of it its a tom. I'd say somewhere between 30-35 pounds but it's hard to judge a cats weight.

I'd say a mid to high 20's, when you find one that's ten pounds heavier it will be obvious, it's kinda like looking at a fat guy and an nfl lineman.
