My uncle and his friend were at Rim Shoals this past weekend also. He sent me a pic of a brown about the same size as the one in your first picture. Great place for sure!

Kinda. Good ways downstream from where Gastons is. Rim Shoals is 25 miles below Bull Shoals Dam. I think Gastons is right up close within like 4 miles or so.
