    Jank Knife Confiscated at Airport

THE BELOW EMAIL SAYS IT ALL... Please let me know if it's you, I'll put you in contact with an awesome person that wants to give your knife back.

Hey Bob, I’ve checked your website, God bless you for what you are and thank you for your service. I purchased the knife in the photos at the State of Texas Surplus Store in Austin, where all confiscated knives go from the airports in Texas. It’s a beautiful piece and I’d like to return it to the rightful owner, I’m sure they didn’t have a choice but surrender it. Is it familiar to you? I paid the price on the sticker. Tempting to keep, one of a kind awesome knife, but the right thing to do. Let me know if you might know the owner. Thanks and God bless.

That’s good to see. He got a smoking deal on one of Jank’s great knives! Hopefully the rightful owner is found.

Seems I read a thread where @Landrover lost a knife in his travels.

When TSA takes something, they can either keep it or the owner can mail it to themselves...

FOUND HIM... Being old and I make so many knives I found him.. I actually made that knife for my I.T. director a few years ago for his birthday, I had forgotten about it. I posted it on Facebook and he called me immediately. I got the two together; nice there are some good folks out there.. Like Uncle Bubba who has be biggest heart.
