    Best Binoculars for the money

Looking to upgrade here in the coming months. Ideally would spend between 500-1000. What pair have y’all had great experience with?

In that price range you can't go wrong with Leupold

Check EBAY for some Brunton Epochs.

There is a long thread on here about the quality, but the company went out of business. When they were still around, these sold for well over $1,000. They came with a lifetime warranty, which obviously is no longer in effect.

I have the 8 power and the 10 power. I think they are pretty close to Swarovski and other high end European glass. I bought mine for $500 or less.

There are a pair on EBAY right now, but they look a little worn.

        Good luck.

I would agree with this but I think you’ll have a tough time finding a used pair, especially for $1,000. I would look at Mavens. Either the B.1 or B.2. Very close to alpha glass quality at half the price. They only sell direct to consumer which is why their prices can be lower than the competitors. They’re an American company. I believe they use Japanese glass. Way more bang for your buck than Vortex or anything else in your price range. They also have good customer service and lifetime warranty like Vortex.

IMO, there's no reason to get to the top of your budget. You're not going to notice a huge difference between a $500 pair or an $800.

If you're just using them for blind hunting save your money and get a $250 pair.
If you spend a lot of time behind glass than save up for a quality product. Used Swaro, Leica, or upper end vortex.

For the money mavens are hard to beat imo. I have been really impressed with mine.
