It's been that way about a year or longer.
I have 16oz yeti style koozies that fit tall boy beers but have not been able to fit natty lights for a while (too tall) . I called them to ask what's up (yes ....I did...-won't ever know unless you ask- que the peanut gallery....) - they said they had to change aluminum can providers due to a shortage. Which was weird because it only happened to the natty's, not other AB products.
BTW, We / you were getting more than 16oz in that timeframe.
I emptied a 16oz busch light- which fits my Koozies- into my gullet then tried to pour the natty tall boy in the empty Busch can, it didn't fit.
So you've been drinking a free gulp for a while.
Not anymore evidently, if your findings hold true, it's back to the true 16oz that will fit in my koozies again.
And yes I enjoy Natty amongst other beers (Blue Moon, DosXX & Lone Star Light are my go to's).
If I want to function at a normal pace the next day I choose Natty.
There is a recovery charge with the others I usually choose not to pay.Last edited by DaveC; 03-13-2022, 05:45 AM.
