My Christmas present to my wife came today. Santa had to tow a trailer behind the reindeer. I’ll put water and 110v inside it. Locally built, a husband and wife company. They have a sawmill to cut all the fir.

That looks nice, Bill. Getting your brownie points?
Is it anchored down to where the wind won't take it away?
Epic thread Bill, i kept thinking you would be Jose Montana.
Thank you for sharing.
Jose Montana- that would have been funny. I read that the mayor of SJ is trying to get the council to pass a law requiring all firearms owners pay an annual fee and carry mandatory “liability insurance” to be run by the city and the money ‘redistributed’ to ‘worthy’ causes.

I had thought about doing that. The fellows who delivered it had a trailer that has hydraulics to angle and slide the deck out. He said it weighed north of 5,000 pounds. If the wind can lift that, I have bigger problems.
If I staked with 4, 2’ t posts in tge corners and screwed them horizontally into the bottom, I think any force strong enough would splinter the wood.
It’s been cold here, dropped to -17 yesterday morning. Up to a balmy 2 now. Sittin’ at home with my wife in front of the fireplace.
The pronghorn herd has been sleeping in a draw below the house, and they came up eating nasty weeds this morning.
I got my whitetail deer-crusher and a 2” leveling kit I brought from Cali mounted on the Dodge, there’s a post in the DIY section on the project. It’s legal in Montana to wire driving lights into the high beams so they turn on/off together.
