Liability incorrectly placed -GEICO responsible for STD

    Have you heard about this?

A lady who "played around" with a guy in his car sued GEICO for liability when she got and STD! GEICO was his car's insurance provider. She won the $5.2 MILLION dollar lawsuit!

An arbitrator and trial court have already sided with the Missouri woman, and the insurance company has "no right to relitigate those issues," according to the appeals court.

That is just crazy. How in the world did anyone think that's OK. That's why we can't have nice things, because somebody it always wanting something for nothing.

Sometimes getting rear ended is the safer option.

If this doesn't go to the Supreme Court, and GEICO is forced to pay her a single penny, we are doomed.

I've always heard that if you rear end someone in your car, then you're liable. This takes it to a whole new level.

How can the court determine when and we’re the STD was transferred.
I bet the small print on any future policies will have a use protection requirement similar to a seatbelt.

Yep, I'm guessing it may be appealed.

Geico took it to arbitration. Lost the arbitration and a court upheld that arbitration was binding.
