    Boudin stuffed yard bird

Good googly moogly it is good

Took a 3.5 pound yard pimp, deboned it save for the wings.

Laid it open and placed 3 pounds of Zummos boudin

Used bakers twine to sew it up

Seasoned liberally with Chupacabra Cajun Blend

Placed it on the grill, breast side down for ABOUT 2-1/2 hours at 350-375ish

Spritzed every 1/2 hour with apple juice

Removed it when internal temp was between 165-170 degrees

Let it rest about 15 minutes

Sliced that h00ker up and ….man-o-man was it good!!

He does a very good job. His seasoning is not bad either. I was given a can of it recently.
