Card Reader Warning

Thought I'd pass on a warning I got from my camera manufacture (Tactacam). I asked if they had a recommendation on a card reader that would allow me to view videos on my Iphone. They replied that they highly advise against card reader use. Some have been found to reformat the SD to read and then when you reinsert in camera it will rewrite software in camera causing irreparable damage.

I bought the Apple one for my iPad. I uploaded close to 2000 pics back in July. I haven't had a single problem. Greatest thing since sliced bread IMO.

The only issue I have ever had was if you format the card on a IMac, it will not work sometimes in other devices. I just never reformat them. Just delete the photos.
