I disagree. He looks like a fat 2 year old, in which case that’s not bad for many areas at that age. He has almost no neck to speak of, so if the date is correct I don’t think he is 3. I tend to see thicker/stronger necks from 3 year olds in north Texas and southern OK.

To answer the op... nope, he is not mature. A couple of years and he might be pretty nice.

This is why I love video mode. It makes it so much easier to age, and you often get more detail on the antlers as well.
