not seeing any mud on the truck sides either, looks like either the bottom fell out or you just drove into a hole out there. Been in that situation and tried to pull others out of them, never ends well unless you have the said tractor.

What works best for me is to tap the x button as quickly as possible while moving the truck tires from side to side very slowly (you can try this driving backwards, frontwards and not accelerating). I believe it causes the truck to jump in every possible position, increasing the chances of getting it unstuck.
