Had one heck of a hunt yesterday afternoon. Called up two. Took out the "looker"
5 beards. He's going on the wall next to the 6 bearder from a few years ago.

Not sure how I missed this one before but that's an incredible bird. Congrats on getting him . I've never seen or killed a multi-beard on the places I regularly hunt.

Bass - congrats on your bird also. Crazy about the ticks. I sat in a huge chigger roost up in Kansas one spring. Had to deal with that for a few weeks afterwards. Still makes me itch just thinking about it.

Wow , totally amazed that all the birds and beautiful pictures I get lucky and see a turkey once in a blue moon I wish my place was covered in birds like that be safe and count your blessings

My nephew got this bird yesterday afternoon at our farm in Wharton county. It's the first turkey we have taken since we bought the place in 1985.

Turkeys gobbling about 300 yards in the creek.

If it’s gonna happen, it needs to be quick. There’s chicken to be fried and Busch Lattes to be drank

Apparently they are roosting within a couple 100yds of where Inhad been setting up. I moved to another field about 400yds away and hear them gobbling from where I was 2 weeks ago. Can hear hens and gobblers. Trying to call them off the roost.
