Looking for high end corporate lease

Nope, not for me but for someone that is out of Houston area and wants to have a turn key operation where all he has to do is show up with clients and hunt. Says he can speak err and up to $75k. Anyone have some leads I can give him?

This would be mostly deer hunting but if the place also had bird hunting, I'm sure that would be a bonus.

I’m helping a rancher friend to find a suitable company to lease his 12,000 acre ranch in Val Verde County just north of Del Rio. It fronts the Devils River and Lake Amistad and is surrounded by similarly sized large ranches. He just rebuilt a hunters lodge that can sleep 10. Some of it hasn’t been hunted in 10 years and the rest of it hasn’t been hunted in 3 years. Plenty of mature bucks. However, he’s limiting buck harvest to 25 bucks per year. Some decent quail & dove hunting as well.

If this is a fit let me know by PM here. We were not looking to lease this place until 2020 but lodge is nearing completion. Can show if your super serious.

Appreciate your thought. Not trying to sell myself. At all. Just thought I’d give a guy looking for a lease an avenue to pursue. That being said, sometimes you need to put these drive commenters in their place. They love to sit behind a keyboard and think they’re funny. Typical millennials I guess.
