Why I always order beef at restaurants

Waited all afternoon to have cows come in at prime time. Hear hogs running creeks all sides of me. Staying till last light.

As a cattle ranger, I thank you for doing that!

If you feed year round, they'll marble up good if you turn up the throw rate!

Got one---and I am blessed to have access to a closed shooting range so I go to the pistol berm and collect a bunch of .45 bullets. Cows do not like them--nor does the donkey.

And, if you don't have access to a range for bullets, go to Tractor Supply and buy some 5/16 or 3/8 nuts out of the bulk bin. Work just as well for a lot less than the "slingshot" ammo or marbles.

                        X2

Got cows? A slingshot and SSS produces happy results “Shoot, Skedaddle, Smile”.

I had to put up pens for that reasons.
Time to burn a sack of cubes at the other end of the pasture !

If it happens, I always jump out and scare them off as gently and quietly as possible. Have done it a few times, still see deer.
