I last hunted there in 2016.

I can remember in the early 90's I lived in Minneapolis and three of us would get drawn every year to hunt zone 9, Back then they only gave out 80 some permits for NR for that zone. We had a good run for about 8 or 9 years and then hunting shows killed us.

I’ve read a couple of things that claim what pretty much used to be a sure thing in the draw with 4 points isn’t necessarily so any more.
We shall see.
