Best boat for bay AND lake

I have been looking at center consoles for 2 years. Have a family of 6 and I want to fish lake Conroe pretty regular and be able to bay fish down in Aransas or Rockport or even Florida a few times a year. My boats of choice are the Sportsman 247 and the Sea Hunt 25 gamefish which can run in 24" of water, that will allow me to cast into anything shallower.
Prices for both of these boats have gone bananas. I'm waiting for a recession to pick up a used one for pre covid prices.

This is pretty awesome and might do well for both...

My 22ft Blue Wave Pure Bay serves me well and somewhat budget friendly compared to some of the others that have been listed. I mainly fish Trinity and East Bays with the occasional run to the jetties and then to Sam Rayburn for a couple weekends out of the year. Runs plenty shallow (for me) and handles chop well. Lots of storage and room to move around.
