Finally!

After eight long months, we finally got the final approval for our SBA loan. My parents started a small RV park 25 years ago, with 20 sites and a few cabins. Now it has 78 sites, 11 cabins, pool, and washateria. I’m not going to say it’s my dream to own it, but I’ve seen the potential to help me retire a little early. We should be closing around the 15th, and the only positive around this coronavirus, are the low interest rates I’ll get to take as advantage of. If you’re ever out in Anahuac, stop by Trinity Bay RV park! 👍 oh and my wife got to quit her job.
