Kids love this because it is not hot.
4cups diced cooked chicken breast (dark can be used also)
1 chopped onion
1 green bell pepper chopped
1 stick oleo or butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can condensed evaporated milk
1 small jar pimentoes
1 sack of spaghetti You may not need but about 1/2 of the sack. How ever many noodles you like. Boil this in salt water and drain and rinse before adding to spaghetti mixture
Salt and Pepper to taste
Brown or saute your onions and green pepper in the oleo or butter. Add chicken soups and mix well over low heat, then slowly pour in your milk and continue to mix and add your chopped pimentoes. Last add your spaghetti that has been rinsed. MOm sometimes added more butter too. then put in casserole and top with shredded cheese or we fix our plates individually.
