Who works out of a gang box?

I’m a mechanic in a power plant and have outgrown my current box. I bought a bigger one and looking for better ways to organize it than just throwing everything in a bucket. Never fails what you need is always at the bottom.

Does it have shelves like a JoBox? If so drill holes in the front of the shelf and install bolts or hangers so you can hang tools.

It is a JoBox but no back shelf on this model
