If you want the others pay for them yourself.

You can hunt Nilgai on the King Ranch for as little as $1,200.

Show me a Gemsbok for that price.

    No brainier straight facts.

This is a huge factor to me. I’m not a wealthy man but I get stuff like this through work. So, I’d keep the cheaper options to finance for myself on the bucket list for later.

A.) Nilgai hunt at king ranch. Guided, lodge, and chef with meals.

B.) High fence ranch with your option of scimitar oryx or gemsbok. Awesome accommodations and everything on your schedule. If you picked this which critter would you choose and why.

I’ve never shot any of these critters but these are my options, free to me. I don’t see a bad choice but looking for feedback on best choice.

Bow hunting? Gemsbok for the beauty.

Gemsbok. One of the coolest hunts I’ve ever been on, best eating meat, and a beautiful mount to go with it. Nilgai are great to eat, but as stated above, you can shoot those relatively inexpensively, and the mounts aren’t nearly as pretty. I had a similar opportunity 2 years ago, and have zero regrets on my decision. They weren’t easy to hunt, even on 3k acres of high fence.

Gemsbok for the win... Thats a $7,000-$10,000 hunt. Then for ****s and giggles I would book the King.

                        Gemsbok without batting an eye.

I’d pick “A” because I’ve already gotten both critters in “B”.

Out of those 3, nilgai is by far the best table fare.

After seeing the side view pic of the Gemsbok that made up my mind.
