Which hunt would you choose?

If you got offered these two options which would you pick?

A.) Nilgai hunt at king ranch. Guided, lodge, and chef with meals.

B.) High fence ranch with your option of scimitar oryx or gemsbok. Awesome accommodations and everything on your schedule. If you picked this which critter would you choose and why.

I’ve never shot any of these critters but these are my options, free to me. I don’t see a bad choice but looking for feedback on best choice.
