This was my first year on a lease that allowed bow hunting so after 10 years of practicing and taking 2 does it was my chance to really bow hunt. The wife decided she was either gonna get a trophy or take a cull buck late in the season . I cant get her to bow hunt just yet. Well after a friend sold me a Halon 6 just before the season I was ready. Well after a few hunts I got my first Bow Buck on gun opening day and then this last Friday a 10 we call Hank walked out about 125 yards from my wife.. Her excitement was priceless!!! She started hunting in 2014 and now is a veteran hunter that takes care of the deer from kill to processor. Have fun
