I won't disagree that he could be bigger next year, we've seen deer peak at 8.5. I do see a 5.5 year old though.

Why do you say should have been shot if you say he’s 5 1/2? Not trying to be argumentative, just wondering where your coming from.. do you think he won’t get any bigger by getting to 6 or 7? Do you think he will always be an 8? I’ve seen deer go from 8 to 9 and seen 8 put on 10-15” yearly over 5.
