Never heard your state mentioned for BBQ. The big dogs are Texas, Kansas City, Memphis and the Carolinas. Memphis is well known for pork. It sucks compared to Texas BBQ.

You admitted y'all can't cook including yourself when you said the brisket sucks. Lol.

Brisket is far superior to pork butt. It's not even close. That stuff is what we make sausage with. The pig is for ribs when it comes to BBQ.

If you've never been to a top 10-20 Texas BBQ joint then you have no clue.

We went last night. The food was very good, and the atmosphere was good. They were setting up for a band, the place was packed. Several girls college golf teams were there. They had just played a practice round at Lantana.
