Waterfowl Guides in North Texas

Looking at hiring a guide to take me and possibly a buddy or two to go shoot ducks or geese. Does anyone have any recommendations on someone they have used before or have heard good things about? Living in Rockwall to give you an idea of where we will be traveling from. I'm also new to this, so when would be the best time to go?
