      Thanks guys this helps a lot. Tamales will be perfect for deer camp, Hopefully ill get a deer on the ground early and can get some venison tamales ready for early November.

      Also, forgot to mention they are making a Bucees order so ill be bringing plenty of jerky, beaver nuggets, etc.

        We have a lot of hot dogs and brats made from trim at a couple of processors. They are unbelievably good, to the point I usually bring a few packs to leave in camp. There are literally competitions in central Minnesota for the best hot dogs/sausages. We’ll make brats ourselves, but have never done hot dogs.
        I’ll bring some down when you invite me out to shoot a pig ��.

            Yep, that and bbq. Those are first foods my son has to have after working up there. Mexican and bbq.
