How much dose a gallon ziplock full of venison weigh?

I want to say a 2.5 gallon is about 15-17 plbs of cubed up meat.

That's hilarious! I'm making summer sausage this morning and took a little break and saw this. This is pork and pretty full and hits the scale at about 7 pounds. Hope that helps!

Cubed up and packed tight it is around 8 pounds because I usually weigh and write it on the packages.
