    Easy Crappie Ceviche

    Take about 3 crappie filets and cube. I cubed up 3 medium shrimps also, put in bowl cover with lime juice. Let sit covered in fridge 2-3 hrs. Drain juice off mix with 1 container pico Fresca (heb)
    Mix in bowl. Regular pico works also. Put on cracker with chili lemon seasoning dash or two of cholula. Enjoy

    Any firm fish will work.

                    I thought you weren’t supposed to make it out of freshwater fish due to some parasite...I don’t remember where I heard that so it may not be true.

                      It was frozen. Been making it for a long time no issues, but always with fillets that have been frozen.
