Prayers for StepDad

My 83yo stepdad is having surgery this afternoon to remove fluid around his lungs. January, he was running circles around all of us. Has pretty much been down with phenomena since the beginning of February. Needless to say his lost a lot of weight and strength. I’ve personally seen the power of a TBH prayer chain so if you have a minute please some up this afternoon for Ed.

Lord we come to you in prayer for Brian's Stepdad and ask that you guide the doctors hands for a successful surgery. In Jesus name we pray, AMEN.

Lord, we know the evil one just never stops, and for that reason You have instructed us to pray without ceasing. We know our prayers to You in Your will can overcome any evil and we ask You to remove this illness from that dad. His work is not done here, and his family needs him. We ask You Lord to guide his care-giver's hands to a successful treatment that does Your will and heals this one. Give him his strength back and restore him. We thank You Lord for giving us this opportunity once again to see Your might work done. In Jesus name we ask and pray these things, Amen!
