Monitor and manage EZ Tag accounts
Complete credit applications and credit card authorization forms,
Payroll and HR Duties
Processing payroll thru 3rd party and issuing payroll checks
Update and manage 401K contributions for employees
Maintaining the PTO Log for all employees
Maintaining employee files
File and log new hire paperwork
Quarterly Texas Mutual Payroll reporting
Accounts payables:
Process invoices in Quickbooks
Distribute for approvals
Process sub invoices in Procore
Issue checks and payments for invoices
Assist subs with Procore invoicing
Coordinate joint check agreements and processing of joint checks
Filing of invoices
Accounts receivables:
Create billing period in Procore for each project
Deposit payments and process in Quickbooks
Accounting Reporting:
Report G&A to executives monthly
Report WIP to executives monthly
Report project Job Cost reports to Project Managers monthly
Distribute quarterly financials to bonding company, CPA and bank
Procore Responsibilities:
Initial new project sync with Quickbooks and Procore
Establish cost codes and retainage for new project
Create internal project folders
Assist with the following duties:
Distributing subcontract change orders
Answering phones
Attending to the front desk
Inventory, stocking, and ordering supplies for the breakroom
Inventory, stocking, and ordering supplies for office supplies
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and parcel
Ability to multi-task
Info on Slate:
Annual revenue for 2022 to be $90MM, increase of 100% from last year.
4-5 projects at any given time
