Need more pictures, and info on that silver colored shaft on that one end. Does the shaft move in or out? To me, it looks like that piece can be pressed in, like it is possibly a release button. I see what looks like a roll pin, that seems to go all the way through. So that really makes me think that silver piece, moves and the pin, keeps it from coming out.
