    Street Tacos

Anybody else love street tacos as much as I do? I’m basically neon white, but I can whip up some tacos and salsa.

Well I cheat on the meat. Mexican meat market lol. But I make a killer green salsa and just started making a salsa de arbol. I’ll post up the recipes for both here in a bit. Both are super simple, but bring any taco to the next level.

                Creamy jalepeno salsa

Boil 10 jalepenos for about 15 min
Put in blender with 1/3cup boil water and 1/3 oil
                Add 2 garlic cloves.
                Blend until smooth.
                Salt to taste.

Simple as can be, but my favorite salsa. Eat on anything from eggs to steak to tacos.

                  Salsa de Arbol

1/2 onion and 2 garlic cloves charred on the grill.
Once the onions are about charred, add a handful of Chile de arbol. Charr.
Add to blender with a couple teaspoons of oil

Blend until a creamy yet chunky consistency.

Dang! I’d say you just took the neon off your white with these tacos. They look delicious! Thanks for sharing the recipes. Plan to make them for my family this weekend.
