      I wouldn’t. The pig started off at around + or - 100 degrees. What was the ambient temp. when you got him skinned/gutted? Then how many hours did it take to get from that temp to the overnight low of 47? Which, to me is borderline cool enough. I would a feel little better about this if you were talking about a deer carcass. Just my opinion. ( You asked. )
