It did. Big time Mule kick. Trotted about 10-15 yards and stopped next to a creek. Good blood on both sides but it stopped after the 2nd creek

It might be a touch back but the angle was down. At the last blood found there was some white hair. That's when I backed out

Well that did NOT turn out the way I hoped. Reset the dog 3 times and each time she went to a fence crossing where the first time they bumped some deer. No permission to be on the property and don't know how to contact the owner.

So I am starting to feel the pressure. Got to head back to Texas tomorrow so the clock is ticking. Going back to the Ridgeline stand in Linn County. The weather is TERRIBLE. 60* with a 23mph ssw wind. Let's hope they still like that ridge. Going to sneak in early again because it is so dry and loud.
