Kitchen knives are a large part of my business, I make and sell several different sets and two Bar B Que sets. This one is Set #2 the knife’s profile is so versatile; slices, dices, and chops like dream, the weight and balance is outstanding. I’ve been using this black canvas micarta for the handle, while it’s not the most beautiful handle I can put on, I think it’s the best. Easy clean up and good grip when carving up a brisket. The fork is also heat treated guaranteed not to bend like most store-bought cheap forks. I don’t ever get this excited over knives I make, but I’m stoked over this one. I love mine in the kitchen, I’m going to have to make me a set. The set comes with two other knives, same profile smaller in two-inch increments. This one is 14 ½ OAL with a 9” blade.
