Injected with:
1 stick butter
1 table spoon bacon grease
1/2 cup beef broth
3 Tbl spoons sweet rub o’mine
Rubbed with:
Sweet rub o’mine
Rested in fridge for 5 hrs
Rested on counter 1 hr
Few pieces of bacon on top for good measure.
Smoke over mesquite at 225 for 5 hrs then in the crock pot with onion and beef broth for 5 hrs.
Shred and serve on a bun with coleslaw with a side of baked beans for Easter.
