Made this tonight. Added about a pound of ground deer meat(without fat). Served it over a baked potato with a little sour cream. Really good!

For special occasions, I do a fajita style queso.
Add chopped beef fajitas and chopped up grilled onions, bell peppers, and jalapenos....
