First off - I’ve never done a project even remotely like this outside of a deer blind.
I’m no carpenter or painter so keep that very much in mind [emoji23][emoji23]
We just moved in to our new house and the cost of quality patio furniture is outrageous.
We had very specific dimensions we wanted to fill and so I started doing some YouTube learning.
Here is what we came up with:
2x4s
1/2” treated plywood for the cushion based.
2” upholstery foam seat backs
3” upholstery foam seat bottom cushions
Quilt batting for covering seat cushions before using table clothes
Spill Proof/water resistant table clothes for cushion covers
Left over Tongue and Grove boards for seat backing.
Primer and paint that matches our home exterior trim.
2-1/2 and 3-1/2” wood screws
Staples (for cushions)
