So I sprung for the Droid yesterday. Feel like an idiot! Lots of stuff! Any MUST-HAVE apps I need to know about? Hunting apps?

DroidLive so you can listen to radio stations over the internet.
Astro for file management on the SD Card
Bible for online bible
Tapatalk Pro for posting to TBH
Google Goggles really cool. Take a picture and it will search for it on Google.
Fios Mobile
Moon Phase
PDANet lets you tether you Droid to your laptop for internet access on your laptop.
Photobucket when you take a pic with your Droid it automatically uploads to your Photobuck account.
I have a lot more but that will get you started.

I second Tapatalk Pro.
You have to pay for it $1.99 but it is the quickest and easiest app I've seen that allows you to post on TBH. They just updated it this week and it now allows you to post pics using the Droid.
Hopefully, I'll be testing it out on a live hunt in 2 weeks!
Oh, and as far as adding ringtones to your phone, either connect with USB...or physically remove your SD card and place it in your computer. Then, access your SD card and create a folder called Music on it. Then, you can just add any music files from your CPU into that folder...I mostly added MP3 files. Then, you can go into your music player, and it will list all your songs. Then just press and hold on one of your files, and it will have the option to "add to ringtones." Then, just go into your settings and make the change.Last edited by hunter1979; 03-19-2010, 12:48 PM.
