We have a couple. Spend a little more and get the one with the Eliminator plate. You will be good for awhile.

Eliminator plate is worth it. It will have to be hassle free as this feeder will not get frequent visits.

I have two units from them and they have never let me down. 7-8 years or so now.

Have 9 of them for 14 years. Did add the eliminator plate to a few of them.
