    Set of kitchen knives.

I just finished this set of kitchen knives for a lady in Jenks Oklahoma. Satin finish on heart of kingwood. I guarantee no one is going to bend that fork like store bought ones, she also wanted a bread knife. … Tested on bread, slices bread 1/4 thick with no problem.

Not forged. They are 1075, it is like 5160 on steroids. It's some really tough steel.

Thanks, I normally only do them on special orders. I get several requests a month for a set. I have a Bar-b-que set I just finished and decided to keep it for myself. Once we get over this cold weather it's back to briskets, ribs and sausage on a weekly basis.

Them at too purdy to use and get all patina'd.
