I am having a tough time trying to get in touch with Snyper. I have tried phone, email, and messenger and have got no response. Is anybody else having this issue with them?

None of my cameras will get a signal. I need to get a hold of them to find out if my subscription is up for data. I do not remember seeing an email for the 5 day warning.

They do have the worst customer service, your data has probably expired is what it sounds like. I run 33 snyper cameras and they take good quality pictures but they are a nightmare to setup.

I renewed my plan a few months back. It did not help. Trying to contact Snyper was a waste of time. Same thing with another person on my lease. We both wasted our money renewing our plans. We now own some expensive trail cams.

I have always received an email when it was time to renew service just not this time. If I can not get this fixed what cell camera would y'all pick? Anyone ever use the Owl cameras?

I had one of their cameras, worked great for 2 seasons. Had some issues and can't get any type of customer service.. Looking to make the switch to a new cellular camera... |

Could be your plan is up, or maybe needs a firm ware update, or maybe your sim card is not in good, or maybe your just not holding your mouth just right. When they work they work great but when they don't they are the biggest PITA to get going again. I am also looking to switch to something else.

I am getting the impression they are either very busy or not in business anymore. I hope it is the first one. I even went on their website to swap to the other sim card and the activation website does not work.

So last week I bought a hero sim card from snyper since I cannot get one of my 4G cameras to work with an AT&T sim. I got the envelope in and opened it up today...the instructions were sent to me but NO SIM CARD! There were no tears in the envelop and the seal was not broken, they just flat out forgot to put what I ordered in the package.

It appears that James w/ Snyper is no longer answering calls or emails and someone is removing post on the Facebook page they have, because I’ve posted and the other customers comments are gone as well. There are numerous folks with nonfunctional cellular cameras now. I hope all is well with him because when we met him he was all about it. Oddly enough a buddy who sells for them can’t get them to return any calls/text so he can pay an invoice..

I hope all is well also. I have a dealer try to contact them also. If a dealer can not get a hold of anyone it seems to be no use. Someone involved with the company can surly take a couple minutes to put something out there either on the web sight or even Facebook.

Someone is definitely monitoring the Facebook for them because all the disgruntled comments have been removed from their page. Sometimes just a simple update or statement helps. It's a shame too, the cameras are pretty decent and we have yet to have issues with them. Customer Service, or lack of will kill a company now a days quicker than anything. |

We have been a dealer and user for a couple years and we are in the same boat cannot get anyone to answer so that is what we are going to do cut losses and move on if we cannot count on service we cannot sell the product and I really like em so onto the next ones....

I exchanged texts with James. It’s been a bit of a perfect storm for him lately. He isn’t able to hire good help. Then Covid has been a problem and also a difficult domestic situation.

It's a shame he let customer service get to the state it is in. I bought a new 4G a few months ago and just put it out. It already quit, but haven't had a chance to get back to see if it's a camera issue or not. I hope not cause it will be a waste of effort to even try contacting them. Puts a bad taste in my mouth. I've had a 3g Snyper that worked great and even got good response the few times I tried contacting them, but that was a couple years ago.

I thought my 3g Snyper wasn’t working for a little over a month. Turns out spending 2 hours at a at&t store accomplished nothing. Was finally able to log into at&t buyasession and the data plan that I thought I bought at the store was not there and my old data plan had expired. Was a simple as buying another 4gb data for 75 bucks for 1 year and the camera was sending pics in less than 15 minutes. All along I thought it was the camera that crapped out. My camera is working good now just in time to go back into the field!

Well I guess he was not to worried about looking into my issues. Have not heard back from Snyper and my order is still in processing. I got 2 Sim Hero sim cards off amazon to try and they work. Only $7 a month through them. Also ordered 2 Spartan.
