It actually doesnt list a load rating but i would assume up to 300# as its pretty sturdy. Here is a list of the specs on it.

I would give it a 9 on the silent scale. One can hardly hear it when it swivels.

I'll see if i can get some feedback from Rhino as to what the actual load rating would be.
