$20 is a drop in the bucket if you get a lease. How much would you spend on phone calls tryin to get info on different leases? If you spend $1000 or even $500 on a hunt/ lease, whats another 20 bucks?

It's for a "day lease", I guess it's ok. You can find a ton of em just by your own searching and word of mouth, tbh ect
