    Venison Stuffed Bell Pepper

    1) 4 large bell peppers. (cut off stem part to form cup)
    Chop pieces that are cut off into small pieces.
    2) 1 lb. ground venison
    3) 1 large onion
    4) 1 egg
    5) salt and pepper to taste
    6) 2 cups plain bread crumbs
    7) 1/4 cup chopped celery
    8) 1 TBS parslry
    9) add chopped green peppers.
    In large fry pan, cook all ingredients together until mixture is done.
    Drop bell peppers into boiling water, turn heat off and cover.
    In baking pan, grease with butter, put in bellpepper cups and add cooked ingredients into cups.
    Bake at 350 degrees until meat is brown on top. You can add cheese to top it off or your favorite tomato sauce.

        About 10 minutes. Until the skin will peel off the peppers, unless you like to eat the skins. I like them. The oven will cook them somewhat, so this step is really not neccessary.
