I have always used the Dewalt 18v hammer/drill. I have a pile of dead batteries for it. I've used this to raise and lower feeders on the South Texas Lease. For some reason, everyone there uses a Dewalt for this chore.
Now that the batteries are dying and I've ventured over to Milwaukee for battery powered weed eater and blower, I'm thinking it is time to get the Milwaukee Fuel 18 drill. I have two 8ah batteries already and can simply add the drill. It has 1200 in-lbs of torque. Is there any reason why this won't handle the feeder chore mentioned above like the Dewalts did?
Thanks?
