    I used a 60* vbit. I set max depth at 1/4in with the border set at 0.0625in. I did have an issue with the first vbit from freud as the tip was not centered and ended up wallering out the letters not putting a sharp corner on them. I planed down the board 1/4in and recarved with a different bit.

          I had an oppsie. I paused the machine and adjusted a clamp. My knuckle hit a 1/4 in brand new compression bit....could have been a lot worse!

                Finished this guy for a buddy. I tried to use some Oramask 813 but I had the wrong bit and it did not work as well as I had hoped. Ended up having to hand paint the background black.
